Seeking dedicated in-home child minder for two children

We are looking for dedicated care in our home, ideally starting in April, for our two kids. As of April 1, our son will be 3 months old and our daughter will be almost 2 years (23 months).

We are looking for about 21 hours per week (7 hours per day, 3 days per week). We are flexible on which 3 days are agreed to. We would also like the option of additional hours when needed, and possibly some occasional weekend help. We anticipate this will be about 30-45 days over the course of the year when one of us travels for work and we need some extra help, primarily in the morning and/or evening.

Responsibilities will include prepping and giving lunch and snacks (breakfast and dinner as well if needed), prepping and giving bottles, diaper changes, putting down for naps, and supporting education and development activities at home and outside. Time permitting, we’d also appreciate help with cleaning bottles and mealtime plates/utensils, meal prep, tidying toys and children’s laundry.

If available to support extra hours when parents travel, we anticipate this will also include help with other areas like wake-up, breakfast, bath time and bedtime - to be mutually agreed in advance.

We currently only speak English at home. We also have a large dog - very friendly and no support needed, but child minder must be comfortable with pets in the home.
